We are available by phone or email Monday-Friday. When setting up an appointment, we’ll ask for your contact information, details on your pet and your reason for visit.

Deposit
Many appointments types require a deposit in order to reserve the spot. These include any surgical procedure for new or existing clients (variable), and also exam appointments for new clients ($90). This deposit will be applied toward the bill total.

Arrival
If you are new to our clinic, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment time. We will have you fill out our new client registration form and enter your information into our computers. You can print the form HERE.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals could cause late fees and/or delays with your pet’s appointment. If you know that you are running late, please call us. We will do our best to stay on track with your scheduled appointment time, but please be aware that unexpected cases may cause us to run behind schedule. It’s common in our profession to receive unexpected and complex cases that cause us to be delayed.
